Loans, guarantees, venture capital, equity, private investors, and other financial options, which can contribute to your company must be identified and analyzed in advance. Therefore, when planning for a new company, the right financial need must first be determined. Then almost inevitably the question arises: Where should the necessary money comer from?
Unfortunately, it is often not easy to get a business loan or a corporate loan from a bank. Finding investors is only an option for a few start-ups. Fortunately there are numerous opportunities in Saxony to obtain loans with little or no collateral. In addition funding can be used, and I stand competently by your side through the selection and application process.
For start-up founders and young companies, raising start-up capital is often a difficult and seemingly impossible task. Often is it not possible, without the appropriate equity or professional help in obtaining a loan, to fall back / use start-up capital. As a professional coach in Dresden, I have made it my mission to help every promising project find financing – to date I have yet to disappoint a client in this regard!
Financing the project begins with the conception and preparation of a bankable business plan as well as the preparation of the loan application, bank talks and accompaniment. With me and my collegue, you are in the right place! Our many years of experience in consulting with a focus on financing start-ups is in Dresden – and probably in all of Saxony is hard to beat. Identifying and applying for all possible subsidies is just as much a part of our job as our concern that sales for our clients increase along with the growth of their customer base.
Classic bank loans
Typically: Here, the appropriate collateral is required. For example, Volksbank und Sparkasse demand the appropriate security for smaller projects – in contrast financial institutions such as Commerzbank, Hypovereinsbank or Deutsche Bank only require collateral on medium and large exposures.
Typically: Borrowing for start-up founders is possible here without collateral. These offers are available for entrepreneurs for example by the BBS (Bürgschaftsbank Sachsen).
“Mikromezzanin” private equity capital
Typically: Financing through micromezzanine investments is often quick and easy – however interest rates are extremely high and subsequently pose a major financial burden.
The investment bank Mittelständische Beteiligungsgesellschaft Sachsen (MBG) offers this option especially for companies in danger of going under.
Microloans up to 20,000 euros
The SAB (Saxon Development Bank) Microloan is a great option for young entrepreneurs, who do not have very high financing needs and con contribute 20 % equity themselves.
There are a number of KfW (Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau) loans that are interesting for start-up entrepreneurs and self-employed people – for my clients the KfW start-up loan is particularly noteworthy: availability of up to 100,000 euros without the need for collateral or private equity.
Even modern methods such as crowdfunding (i.e. collecting equity from a large number of individuals via the internet) can be used to cover the costs of starting a business.
Similar to crowdfunding, here you can borrow money from many people in small sums.
